Sales Manager - Tangerang

Responsibilities:
Lead and Motivate
- Inspire and lead the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Sales Executive - Malaysia & Thailand
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for a sales hunter with 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically in long sales cycle environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities with corporate clients, distributors, and retailers interested in sustainable packaging solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients in need of recycled plastic cup solutions
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand business with existing clients.
- Develop, build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in companies within target industries identified as strong potential prospective clients (e.g., food & beverage, hospitality, retail, and corporate sectors).
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing deals.
- Educate potential customers on the benefits of sustainable packaging solutions and provide tailored recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to enhance sales efforts.
- Track and report sales activities, pipeline development, and market insights to leadership.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in packaging, manufacturing, or sustainability-driven industries.
- Strong ability to manage long sales cycles and complex negotiations with multiple stakeholders at the senior level
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- International exposure: Experience living and working abroad for a few years is preferred.
- Strong communication skills: Professional English proficiency and additional fluency in Bahasa Malaysia/Thai.
- Energetic and service-oriented personality: Optimistic, positive, and high-energy, with a strong focus on building long-term customer relationships.
- Relevant sales experience: Direct sales experience aligned with our sales strategy and revenue goals.
- Prior experience in a premium product sales environment is preferred. F&B industry experience is a plus.

Legal Specialist - Sidoarjo
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate sales contracts, commercial agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
- Provide legal support for sales transactions, contract execution, and dispute resolution related to commercial agreements.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research on corporate, commercial, and trade laws, providing strategic counsel to internal teams.
- Act as the primary liaison for contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms while mitigating legal and financial risks.
- Ensure company adherence to industry regulations, trade laws, and commercial, trade laws, and commercial legal standards.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the company’s legal documentation, including permits, asset documentation, and compliance records.
- Facilitate partnerships with goverments entities, local authorities, and external stakeholders, particulary regarding permits, contracts, and corporate legal issues, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Provide legal opinions and insights on key commercial and corporate legal issues, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and procurement teams to support legal aspects of business operations.
- Maintain positive relationships with external legal advisors, regulatory agencies, and business partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, with a specialization of strong background in corporate and commercial law.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in acorporate legal, preferably handling sales contracts and commercial transactions.
- Proven experience as Legal Counsel in a business or sales driven setting.
- Strong expertise in contract law, business law, and regulatory, and risk assessment.
- Familitarity with OSS (Online Single Submission) livensing processes, including SIUP, Industriak Permits, NIB, and PT deeds.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a sharp attention to detail.
- Strong command of English (both written and spoken).
- High level of professional ethics, integrity, and ability to handle confidential matters.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic corporate environment, with a proactive and problem solving mindset.
Account & Tax Admin - Sidoarjo
Responsibilities:
Tax Documentation
- Assist in preparing and organizing tax-related documents.
- Create tax invoice (faktur pajak) for costumer and verify incoming invoices.
- Input data into the e-Faktur system under the supervision of the Tax Specialist.
- Prepare withholding tax evidence for service invoices and report in e- SPT under supervision.
Record Keeping
- Maintain well-organized financial records for tax purposes.
- Update and reconcile tax-related databases.
- Provide documentation for commercial and tax audits.
Communication
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to collect necessary tax information.
- Respond to inquiries and provide requested tax-related information .
- Deadline Management.
- Support timely tax filings and ensure compliance with deadlines.
- Assist in preparing reports and schedules for tax audits.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Tax Brevet A & B certification is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Tax Clerk/Administrator role.
- Fresh graduates with relevant tax experience are welcome to apply
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
