Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for a sales hunter with 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically in long sales cycle environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities with corporate clients, distributors, and retailers interested in sustainable packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients in need of recycled plastic cup solutions 
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand business with existing clients.
  • Develop, build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in companies within target industries identified as strong potential prospective clients (e.g., food & beverage, hospitality, retail, and corporate sectors).
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Educate potential customers on the benefits of sustainable packaging solutions and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to enhance sales efforts.
  • Track and report sales activities, pipeline development, and market insights to leadership.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in packaging, manufacturing, or sustainability-driven industries.
  • Strong ability to manage long sales cycles and complex negotiations with multiple stakeholders at the senior level 
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • International exposure: Experience living and working abroad for a few years is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills: Professional English proficiency and additional fluency in Bahasa Malaysia/Thai.
  • Energetic and service-oriented personality: Optimistic, positive, and high-energy, with a strong focus on building long-term customer relationships.
  • Relevant sales experience: Direct sales experience aligned with our sales strategy and revenue goals.
  • Prior experience in a premium product sales environment is preferred. F&B industry experience is a plus.
  • Experience in CRM tools and sales analytics is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
